Marine Group was inaugurated with the setting up of its first company Marine Transport Services (Pvt.) Ltd in February 1995. The modest beginnings with a few personnel were scarcely an indication of what it would achieve in a relatively short span. Today, through enterprise, vision, expertise and dedication, the cadre stands at 50, comprising top-drawer professionals, supported by prominent personalities in the industry. It has never lost its focus on the Customer, both big and small. A tailor-made, professional solution to every customer’s transport and logistic problem is assured through the dedicated and committed team of its Management and staff.

Fully-fledged shipping company that is being sought-after by many bulk ship owners, managers and operators for its shipping services. A member of Ceylon Association of Ships’ Agents (CASA). Incorporated 1996.

Engaged in catering & fast food & is having a comprehensive chain of outlets in & around Colombo. Incorporated in 2011.
Oringa Automobile Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd
Automobile Workshop, offering state of the art facilities for all kinds of vehicles. Established in 2011.
Marine Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd
Logistics Company engaged in providing total logistic solutions. Incorporated in 1999. Navik International Trading (Pvt) Ltd, is the Trading wing of the Marine Group. The Company has won the goodwill of many local Traders within a short period, and is responsible for trading a major volume of commodities in Sri Lanka. Incorporated in 1997.
